Cadiero, means chair in Provençal. The seat is the centrepiece of Provençal furniture. It differs from the models of other regions particularly due to the rye straw seat, called sagne, the rush from the banks of the Rhone and its matching backrest. Remarkable handcraft in assembling the straw that is fixed on the wood.
